The Farmer

A farmer is a person who manages a farm. Farmer grows cash crops and food crops. Fruit, corn, and vegetables are grown by the farmers. Farmer is the provider. He provides all sorts of food grains of daily needs. He grows cutton, jute, sugarcane and others too. Farmer always works hard. Since he is a farmer, he works hard in the field morning to evening. He feeds others but remains ill fed himself.
The farmer wakes up early in the morning and takes his tools like plough, yoke, spade and other tools with him to the field. A pair of oxen is his friends of his companions. He ploughs the field and break out the clod and makes the land soft. Then he sows the seeds of corn in the field. He irrigates his farmyard and removes out all the unwanted weeds. He cares the planted corn from the disease of anykind. He reaps the crops when it is ripen.
Farmer never remian idleness. He believes in his labour. Simple living is his habit. He gives no torture to others. He is satisfied with his life. He always tries to feed others with the best and fresh item. He feels no comfort while he remains at home or in the market place. He enjoys roaming around the field and playing with his agricultural tools.
We should know that the importance of farmers as they are feeding us. A farmer should always be respected as he is the provider. We should respect their dignity of labour. Unless the country pays attention of them, the country cannot get more fresh and hysenic food at all. As an agricultural country, Nepal must give top priority to the agriculture sector. Agriculture is the backbone of an agricultural country. Everyone should understand it.
